Screw mount single "swing arm" deck/fence hanger. New greater 55" overall maximum height, 17" reach. The original flat plate has been replaced with 2 new brackets which stand off 2" for extra clearance allowing installation virtually anywhere. This is a premium product. It's coated with a baked on powder coated automotive grade black finish that will look great for years. It features a plastic sleeve within the tube that travels up and down the shaft. This ensures effortless positioning of the arm - without scratching the finish. A thumb screw locks the arm in place. Nickel plated brass end caps give this piece a contemporary and progressive appearance. This deck hanger easily holds 10# bird feeders or flower baskets. The heavy duty steel screw plates stand off 2" and are made from .104 thick (12 Gauge) plate. It's MIG welded to the 1/2" round cold finished steel rod made with 1018 grade steel for maximum rigidity. The screws are #8 x 1-1/4" "wood screws" that have a corrosion resistant black finish to match the color of the product. Importantly, they are also hardened so that they will not easily "round out" during installation. Erva products are not your ordinary hooks and hangers.
