I love that this birdbath has a heating unit concealed inside the dish. Previously, I used a free-standing heating unit and not only did it take up too much room in the dish, it would only de-ice a small section of the birdbath. The Erva heated bath works wonderfully. I was happy to be able to provide water for the birds all winter long.
