From the well packed package right to the deck railing. I love this product. In summer its cleaned and filled from a hose attached to railing. In winter I take it in at night so the water doesn't freeze. clean and fill and replace. Easy as pie. It really works for me. Got one for my daughter as well. She loves it too.
