I purchased this squirrel feeder over ten years ago and it's fantastic. Prior to finding the Erva feeder, I had to get new squirrel feeders every year. The Erva feeder was knocked over (many times...) over the years (I used to place it on a ledge) and the top came off. I called Erva and they immediately sent me replacement screws and nuts with no charge! The feeder is back on the porch now, with two squirrels enjoying its bounty. I HIGHLY recommend this feeder-it's the toughest and best I've ever used. Now I'll attach it to a tree so it won't get knocked down anymore!
