This is our first Purple Martin House which was purchased a few years ago. It is very well constructed, easy to maintain/clean and should last a very long time. In addition, spare parts are readily available should you ever need to replace anything due to any accidental or self inflicted damages such as moving it to a new location/city. Looking forward to getting it set back up for the next year and hopefully attracting a new martin colony.
