I already have two of these MSS12R houses. I am adding two stories to each of them and also ordering another one with two additional stories for it. These houses are easy to maintain and provide a great home for the martins. I give each nest a two room suite which provides plenty of room for them hang out. I do wish however, that there was a larger roosting area on top of the pole.
