I purchased my first MSS-12 in 2005. It attracted so many purple martins that we added a second MSS-12 in 2007. Both houses continue to have returning martins every year. We live on the Lake Erie shoreline and frequently get severe weather and very high winds. The MSS-12 is so well built that we have never had to replace even one part on either house. Incredibly reliable product and the martins love it!
