Lived in our house for 12 years and inherited this house and a thriving colony of Martins. The existing house was clearly decades old and completely functional until the neighbors trampoline took it out in a fall wind storm. This new house seems to be an almost exact replacement for the model that lasted decades. Assembly does take hours, but it’s a quality product that sits perfectly atop the DP16 pole. 2 days after going up, it was tested by 65 mph gusts and 32 mph sustained winds. Just waiting for the scouts to return and deem their identical new house acceptable.
