In the 1960's I purchased a M12K martin house and loved it. Over past 40 years I have built and bought many different martin houses including the Goliad, troyer gourds, super gourd and extruder gourds. I have concluded after all this time that gourds are just too much work at the end of the season. Cleaning out gourds is no small task. The M12K as it is light, easy to clean, looks great and just hard to beat!
